Pixies only get their wings when they become 16. In mine and my sisters case, we were born with our wings because our Father is the pixie King. Pixies also are given their staff of power at a ritual, again only once 16. We are given an element as our powers and there are 6 of them: Water, Fire, Earth, Wind, Light and Darkness.I am a Water pixie. My two sisters Natalie and Lucy (who are my best friends when I am around mortols(non magic folk)) have their elements too. Natalie is Fire and Lucy is Earth. Pixies are given also a colour depending on what element they have, but only once 20 so they can have a little freedome in clothes for a while. When you are given your colour, you are given a wardrobe too. It would be your chosen colour and it would contain your clothes for the next 1, 000 pixie years (One human year is the equivilant of 100 pixie years). For girls, it would consist of 1 dress, 1 skirt, 1 t-shirt and 1 long-sleved t-shirt.I am light blue, Natalie is red and Lucy is green.
Wings, Spells, Meetings and Pets
Our wings are amazing. I am not joking, we can fold our wings away into our backs when we are around others and they can actually turn invisable when we need them too. As with clothes, your wings are your chosen colour, there are over 709, 240, 691, 483 billion differant colours. We can cast many spells. For small spells, only one person is needed. But for larger spells, like blocking out the Sun(which happened in the year 1725 A.D. in Greece wqhen a gang of Demon pixies decided to take over the Earth) a group of pixies are required (you can view SOME spells on here, but some are so secret, I would be banished from the pixie world if I typed them). Every week, or whenever it is required, a Pixie meeting is held in the Himalayas at 12:00 midnight GMT to discuss the issues we face. Secrecy is of the essance, if someone discovered andd entered our world, our species would die. We know what you humans are like, you are so desperate for new life, you test and chop up every new thing you discover. If you caught a pixie, or any other magical creature, like a Lepruchaun ar a Unicorn, you would take us to some lab and feed us on chemicals and you wouldn't give us any chance to fly or just streach out wings. We would die. We all produce pixie dust when we fly and sprinkly it onto our food. It is required for us to survive. No chemical is anything near the pureness of it and it can not be re-created. If you did catch one of us, even if by mistake, we would be wiped out, and the only magical creatures are here on planet Earth. A war drove us here and we are the last of out kind. So, if you do discover one of us wandering around, please, we beg of you, don't take us to a lab. Leave us to do our job and we will make you a pixie too. Our pets are Lepruchauns, Unicorns, Faries (little goodie-goodies!), Dragons, Wolves and Mutant Nymphs.
